  Have you stopped complaining to your primary care doctor about your pain because they:
  
  1. Stopped listening
  2. Just send you for more tests or
  3. Just send you to different specialists that don’t end up helping you anyway
  
  Trust me, I understand.
  
  Over years, I went to several specialists for debilitating headaches. They ordered CT scans, MRIs, and other tests. I underwent different procedures by pain management. I was prescribed prescription pain medication but preferred not to take it. Advil actually helped but would rip my stomach to shreds.
  
  On days when the pain was severe, I would do my best to ignore it and “power through” but that just left me exhausted at the end of the work day. Over time I became so discouraged and disappointed that I started to go to a dark place. I eventually came to the forgone conclusion that I would have to live with this pain for the rest of my life.
  
  That was until I met Dr. Hoashi. My life changed after that. She was the first physician who truly listened to me and to also do a thorough physical exam. Most doctors don't even touch you (lol). She also developed a care plan that was designed to address my specific needs.
  
  This next part may be difficult to believe but speaking from personal experience -- MY PAIN DRAMATICALLY IMPROVED AFTER MY FIRST VISIT TO DR. HOASHI!
  
  Now I know everyone is different but after undergoing trigger point injections in her office that day, I genuinely felt like a different person and was smiling inside and out. I had not experienced that level of pain relief in years!
